Today was.............................. interesting.
For one thing, my Science/Health teacher began teaching the most awkward class in the history of all time.
Sex Ed.
And you won't believe how it ended. But I'll leave that up in the air for now. Let's get to the even better parts.
Rehearsal.
Being the thespian I am, I have gone to multiple rehearsals for the performance of Guys and Dolls at my school. Today's, was especially interesting. For one reason.
Women.
Here's the story:
In the middle of the "Red Carnations Scene", a scene that required neither myself nor the young women I was talking to, a conversation began between the previously mentioned group and myself. The topic? Me. I was sitting there, completely unable to track their conversation, then they all turned to me and began looking at me and touching me. They spoke amongst themselves and they turn back to me. One of them says the following.
"You know, you're cute enough to be a model."
I accept the compliment, before I can return to my thoughts, she says something else.
"We were just saying, if you worked on your abs, and you WERE a model. We'd all be drooling over you in the magazines."
This. Was. Awkwardly great. And the look on their faces showed truthfullness. So, I had new things to think about. Then, when we were taking it from the top, one of them (A good friend of mine named Breanna) comes up to me and asks for a hug. I gave her one and out of nowhere, she slapped my ass, handed me a piece of paper (which I later found contained her phone number) and walked to the opposite side of the stage nonchalantly. Again, this was awkwardly great.
Overall. Interesting day.

I love awkward moments.
But I mean, I have weird reactions to them. I would have given them a weird face, and shivered. I don't discourage it on purpose.

I already know more than I should about female anatomy and more than I wanted to know at the time about male anatomy.

Actually the girls I rehearse with aren't in my class. They're a year older then me.

So it causes some sort of psychological trauma that comes into effect a year later?

This is the first year they've done Sex Ed in the whole school. And it's only my teacher.

So not having Sex Ed causes it?
