I finally saw Iron man 2 on Friday, I liked it. Anyone else seen it? (I know Cradleman has) Thoughts?

It was good.... Not great, but good.... The best part was War Machine, easily, and I loved Whiplash too. I'm kind of indifferent to Justin Hammer. But.... Black Widow was a tremendous waste of time. Her sole purpose in the movie was to implement hormones. And the final fight should've been longer. I was somewhat disappointed with the abrupt resolution to the poisoning plot as well - that had a lot of potential which was kind of just thrown away. I wasn't thrilled, but I did like it. The original was far superior.

I liked Was Machine, but I was annoyed, because I felt Terrence Howard would have made a better WM then Don Cheadle. Nothing against Cheadle, but all the set up in Iron man 1 was kinda broken because of Cheadle taking the roll. I also was annoyed by the Birthday scene, the whole set up of the scene was annoying, plus the action wasn't staged very well. The only other gripe I have is that Justin Hammer was played for a shmuck and he poses no real threat, I would have preferred an older, more menacing Hammer.

I liked Iron Man 2 a lot. Whiplash was a better villain than Iron Monger. War Machine was cool, and I'm looking forward to see more of him in the Avengers movie.

Yeah, he was better then Iron Monger, but he freakin' needed subtitles with that accent. Quick question, is he dead? Because from the way I saw it, the "You Lose" line seemed like his dying breath.

Well, considering the massive explosions - yeah, I'd say that was kamikaze....

Because he was talking about War Machine........
Except I don't think War Machine's on the team. Though he may still have a cameo.

It's confirmed that War Machine will be in the Avengers movie. From what I heard anyway.

Hi, new here.
With that clip, ET's greatness has suddenly gaind so much greatness residue that it is only matched by them making a "Dancing with the Stars" connection with EVERYTHING they report on!
It looks good, though I'm unsure about how much of it seems to be in the real world. Thor should be about Asgard, we have plenty of superheroes on Earth.

Welcome Sorry, but I debate ET's greatness, I can't help but feel like it's a glorified gossip show, with the odd juice bit in there. I have one problem, "Can you take your shirt off for this scene?", I expected the from Twilight, but maybe it's justified... But it looks good, though Odin looks a little odd. And I think they'll go 50/50 with Asgard/Earth...OK, 40/60.
