Take control of a Nationality during the Fourth World War. Here's the list of Nationalities you can be and their special powers:
American: Have a kickass president who can organize a team up with any country more easily.
Spanish: Have tons of money and people..
Russian: Nuclear Weapons Galore. And resistant to cold
Japanese: Giant Robot Weapons
Chinese: Tons of Weapons and stuffs
Middle Eastern: Suicide Bombers
African: Invulnerable to Heat
South American: Resistant to Water Conditions.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS!! Each location has it's own special conditions.
America: None.
Spainish Countries: Heat
Russia: Extreme Cold
Japan: Easily Distracted
China: Overcrowded
Middle East: EXTREME Heat.
Africa: Heat and No ammo
South America: Wet
How Conditions Apply:
This is how the Conditions will affect you:
Heat: Minus 5 Health every 10 minutes.
Extreme Heat: Minus 20 Health every 10 Minutes.
Extreme Cold: Minus 25 Health and Minus 2 Soldiers every 5 minutes
OverCrowded: Minus 75 percent accuracy
Easily Distracted: Hard to get orders through to your soldiers
No Ammo: Cannot buy ammo.
Wet: Hard to move around.
If you are RESISTANT, then all negative effects of what you are resistant to are reduced to 5. If you are invulnerable, no negative effects apply.

HOW IT WORKS!!!
Each Person starts off with 500 Soldiers, 250 Marines, 1000 All Terrain Military Vehicles (Army Jeeps) 100 Submarines, 100 Helicopters, 100 Bomber Planes, 10 Nuclear Weapons, 3 Generals, and 1 Leader (President, Prime Minister ETC.)
You can create weapons or vehicles, this takes up to 5 minutes depending on your country's weapon savviness. You can recruit soldiers or Marines and promote Soldiers to Generals once a day. Recruiting gives you 100 soldiers and 50 Marines. Once the leader is assassinated, you lose the game and have to wait for the next round.
Health Amounts!!
Soldier: 10 Health
Marine: 50 Health
Army Jeeps: 100 Health
Submarines: (Can only be destroyed by other Submarines) 100 Health
Helicopters: (Can only be destroyed by another Helicopter or Bomber Plane) 300 Health
Bomber Plane: (Is destroyed once used) Invulnerable to damage from Enemy. But vulnerable to sabotage.
Nuclear Bomb: (Destroyed Once Used. Can only be rebulit once a week.) Invulnerable to damage from Enemy. But easily sabotaged.
General: (Can only be killed by Assassination or Nuclear Strike) Invulnerable to Damage from Enemy, but vulnerable to Assassination and Nuclear Strike.
Leader: (Can only be assassinated.) Invulnerable to ALL damage, but vulnerable to Assassination.
ACTIONS
These are what you can do:
Invade: Invade a Country. Takes a small amount of time depending on how far the country is from your position.
Scatter: Scatters Your Troops. Cannot be used twice in a row. Can be used on individual units. (Example: Jeep scatter north. Jeep goes North, Troops stay behind)
Regroup: Places your Troops in a group. Can only be used after Scatter has been used.
Suicide Bomb: (Exclusive to Middle East) Destroys 20 Marines and 40 Soldiers, but is as effective as a nuclear strike.
Nuclear Strike: Drop a Nuke on a country. Kills all soldiers and most marines. Can also kill a general if you're lucky.
Attack: Attacks nearby units.
Defend: Sets up a defense around your units.
Set Up Base: Sets up a Base. Destroys 50 Soldiers and 10 Marines. Generals must be at a base. CAN ONLY be used after using Set Up Camp.
Set Up Camp: Sets up Camp for the night. Heals all troops, but not vehicles.
Garage: Heals Vehicles. Can only be used in captured or home country.
Destroy Base, Camp, Defense, etc.: Will attack whichever structure you pick.
Recruit: Gives you soldiers and Marines.
Create: Creates Vehicles. NOTE: This will destroy a certain amount of soldiers.
Send Out Robots: Exclusive to Japan. Sends out Robots. Will destroy all soldiers and Marines in the vicinity and most Vehicles. Can only be used once per game.
SECRET OPERATIONS!!
These must be PM'd to the Story Teller. DO NOT TELL ANYONE ABOUT THESE OPERATIONS.
Team Up: Attempt to form an alliance with a country for one day. You are unable to attack or be attacked by the country, and the two parties are able to help one another in combat.
Smuggle/Steal: Will steal one vehicle, or one bomb from a country of your choice. Requires luck.
Give Up: Give up your country and stay as neutral. You cannot attack or be attacked, but you can LOAN your troops, vehicles, and bombs to another country.
Declare [country] as enemy: Declare a country as an arch-enemy. This country is now your primary target. Killing your enemy will result in a larger reward then killing a regular country.
Suicide: Makes your leader commit suicide. Locking Your country and preventing anyone from going into it, or coming out. You cannot attack or be attacked, your country cannot be entered and you cannot enter your country or send orders.
and the best of all:
ASSASSINATE: Attempt to kill an important figurehead in another country. Can be used on Leaders to win the game. Requires A LOT of luck.
Sabotage: Sabotage an enemy operation. If it works, your enemy's vehicles OR Bombs will not work for one hour. Can only be used once every 2 hours. Requires A LOT of luck.
