So I was looking at the information for the next couple issues of spiderman and I found there supposedly ending Brand New Day. For those of you who dont know what Brand New Day was it was pretty much the reset reality where no one knew Peter Parker was Spiderman and him and Mj were no longer married. Here's the Synopsis of whats gonna happen.
"This is it! After 101 issues, the writing team of Spidey Web-Heads says good-bye as the historic era known as BRAND NEW DAY comes to an end in a triple-sized SPECTACULAR! Over the past three years, he's faced New Ways to Die, a Gauntlet, and a Grim Hunt, and, through it all, Spider-Man has stood stronger than ever. But while recent events may have drastically changed Peter and his friends, the ol' Parker luck threatens a turn for the even-worse at any second. One thing’s for certain though, the sun is setting on the Wall-Crawler's Brand New Day, and tomorrow begins right here!"
So whats everyone thinks gonna happen?

I think it's far more infamous than the Clone Saga. I was once talking about it in the drama room, and the teacher overhears us, and he just snorts and says, "Worst. Comic. EVER!" It's the kind of thing and you bring up to someone who doesn't who speak geek just to watch their humous reactions - "Spider-Man sold his marriage to the devil!" "WHAT??? He was married?" The Clone Saga was easily repairable and nowadays, its only lasting effect is the resurrection of Norman Osborn, which was really just done to end it. OMD/BND, on the other hand - that is going to be VERY messy to clean up, with continuity conundrums lighting up the Marvel Universe in flames! Yup - even the ENDING is gonna be a sucky plot device, because there is simply no other way. And after that, the writers will probably be just completely lost on what the hell happened during that time period! It's VERY sloppy.... Oh, and "the end of BND," btw, means the end of three-times-a-month and a rotating staff. It's now Dan Slott as the solo writer, two times a month (though for now, it's 30 pages an issue - costs extra, granted), and "changes, changes, changes!" Nothing real.

Well, if by "BND ending," u mean "the mephisto deal is reversed," then no, it isn't ending.

So much for the smile on my face...
Stupid Quesada, retconning my idea for a story before it even had time to develop!

Dan Slott writing it makes me happy. I think he does a good Spidey, his Gauntlet: Mysterio arc was amazing (pun intended), and I'm excited for Shattered Dimensions.

Well, my idea was after Civil War, Spider-Man would become Robin Hood basically. He would lead a band of "Spider-Friends" that consisted mainly of Mary Jane Watson, Felicia Hardy, Flash Thompson, Betty Brant, and Jill Stacy (plus John Jameson and Randy Robertson along the way) and they would fight crime, be part of the resistance, and help young suprheroes who are too scared to register get by in the superhero underground, which is the only hope for heroism in a world where Captain America is dead and the others have thrown them selves behind Iron Man and his new regime. That said, Iron Man has second doubts about his regime, as he unwittingly finds himself slowly losing power to his "sheriff of superheroes" Norman Osborn aka the Green Goblin. Norman Osborn is in charge of the Thunderbolts and any operations regarding capturing unregistered superheroes. His methods are ruthless and he soon "disposes" of Aunt May almost to taunt Peter. His tactics eventually gain him secret dominion of Shield and by the final part, the Green Goblin will be all but in control of the world, through secret assassinations and economic manuvers, plus full pardons for any supervillain willing to kill Spider-Man or the other superheroes. As for Jolly Jonah, he finds himself living the dream of having Spider-Man being hated and pursued by the authorities, but finds working as a propaganda newspaper for SHIELD to be depressing. He eventually finds himself at a crossroads when his son and Robbie Robertson (an informant for the Spider-Friends) are taken by Osborn. Wil he fight for what's right or for his own reputation and life? Basically, all Spider-Man stories (memorable ones anyway) have had story threads about the public hatred of Spider-Man and keeping his superhero and private life different. This story would be about Peter's life being reduced to ashes and him rebuilding it. For the first real time in his life, Spider-Man rises to the leadership position, leading his friends and the whole superhero community and becoming the greatest superhero of all time. Because, while Cap may be the big guy in the Marvel universe, Spider-Man is the heart and this would be Spider-Man saving the world and becoming bigger than Cap in a sense, plus finally coming to peace with his relationships with MJ, Flash, Betty, etc. I know it couldn't really have happened in the monthly book, but if I ever get a chance to write a Spider-Man comic, that would be my "Spider-Man: The End".

Thanks! I actually came up with it because I was wondering it could be possible to do a story with Spider-Man that did not have his secret identity. Apparently the folks at Marvel did not have as much faith or creativity in the idea of a on-the-run Spider-Man as I did.
