i thought it was pretty great, loved the action sequences and the fighting scene, also got a lot of snappy, funny dialogue in. weaker than some of their recent eps but still great. can't wait for next week.

Is this the second part of the Kang trilogy or the first?
For once, we (the United Kingdom, that is) seem to be getting these episodes shortly after they air in America so I should be able to catch up soon.

Thanks, SpideyFan. I somehow missed cradleman's post yesterday.
How is this show measuring up to previous Marvel cartoons like X-men Evolution and TSSM? And to the DC cartoons, for that matter?
I was briefly exposed to the Avengers comics when I was younger but I was more into Spiderman and X-men, though I did read some Fantastic Four, Iron Man and Hulk comics. Never gave much of my time to the likes of Captain America, Thor, Ant-Man and Wasp, though. But I remember Cap from Spiderman:TAS, X-men:TAS and X-men: Evolution, and I remember Hawkeye from the 90s Iron Man cartoon.
Cap and Hawkeye seem cool and I like Iron Man and Hulk, so I'll have to start watching soon. I know that England's definitely up to "Masters of Evil"... at least.

I'd put it as my second-favorite Marvel cartoon (behind TSSM) if it keeps up the current quality! The finale will be the ultimate test. ![;)](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/wink.png) Although, I wouldn't say it's better than BTAS, JL/U, or BB - that'd be pushing it.

By the way, all the ep.s through the American airings are on YouTube. I usually watch them off Witchcraftial, but you can just search "avengers earth's mightiest heroes" and plug in the ep. number.

The link doesn't work, but that's the channel I use anyway ![:P](//storage.proboards.com/forum/images/smiley/tongue.png) . This episode was great. I loved it I can't believe all those people were blow up in the beginning.

Meh, I liked it but it was really a bridge ep. A lot of fighting and not so much plot. Tho from what they did with Ultron, I'm kinda giddy!

Oh, yes! Ultron is gonna be EPIC!!
Speaking of which, what do we think the season finale will be? We've got loads of plot threads circling - Masters of Evil, Kree/Skrull War, Kang (which ties into the war), Ultron.... They only have so many episodes left!

I can't take credit for this prediction cos I saw it on another forum, but I think Loki will end season 1, with possibly another Master ep and Ultron and Kree/Skrull war the main base for season 2!

Saw it yesterday. Mostly just action, but at least the tension between Iron Man and Cap (as the latter sort of took charge) was interesting, as was Ultron learning the concept of violence. It was good stuff, but they really just padded it out with action so that Kang's invasion would be on an appropriate scale. I can understand that, but there should be more "time-out" moments from the invasion to illustrate how the characters are responding to it beyond their need to fight back. Such is necessary for a three-parter. Some of the developments were quite good anyway - but are they really going to devote a whole episode to the siege on Kang's spaceship?
